Jurinea humilis is a perennial small herb of the Mediterranean mountains. The plant is stemless or with a very short stem. The green leaves are pubescent, linear-lanceolate or oblong and petiolate. The flowers are arranged in capitulum, pink to purple. The fruit is a hairy brown achene.
