Mammillaria Bombycina, commonly known as silken pincushion, is a perennial member of the Cactaceae family. It has spherical or columnar stems with visible tubercles and usually grows in clusters. It is covered with glassy white radial spines and longer brown central spines. This plant produces pink tunnel-shaped flowers and white berries.
