Mammillaria haageana elegans, known as elegant nipple cactus, is a species of flowering plant in the Cactaceae family. It usually grows solitary and form spherical to short cylindrical stems slightly depressed at the top. It has cylindrical tubercles that end with white radial spines 1 to 2 central grey-brown spines. This cactus produces pink flowers and a red fruit with brown seeds.
