Mammillaria hahniana, commonly known as old lady pincushion or birthday cake cactus, is a species of flowering plant in the Cactaceae family. The plant forms a white hairy ball and has a fleshy globose stem with conical tubercles. It is covered with white hair-like bristles, 20 to 30 radial pectinate spines and 1 to 4 central short spines. This cactus produces a complete ring of reddish-pink flowers and a red fruit with brown seeds.
